Riders on their bicycles anywhere at anytime on the RFK Stadium grounds without a helmet securely fastened will be disqualified immediately from this race and future races hosted by Hub Racing and involving the DC Sports and Entertainment Commission and fined $500 and will be escorted from the premises immediately. No Exceptions.

Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign their liability waivers including for the WABA Fun Ride and Kids Rodeo.

Glass and Alcohol:
No Alcohol is allowed at the race. Please come to the Asylum the night before or the Reef after the race. No glass is allowed at the race. Please use reusable plastic such as bicycle water bottles.

Sign in:
Day of Sign in and Registration: racers must be present to sign in no later than 1 hour before their race. At the 1 hour mark, if you are not present and in line to sign in, we reserve the right to not let you race.

Saturday night sign in and number pick up at Asylum Bar and Lounge 2471 18th St NW 6pm until 10pm. If you sign in Saturday night, you do not need to sign in Sunday morning. You are already signed in and only have to show up at RFK on the start line in time to stage for your race.

If a Team Director or Manager signs in for you, they must have your license and a signed waiver from you with a WET SIGNATURE. Photo-copied signatures will not be accepted on waivers. No exceptions.

Race Numbers
Race numbers go on the left side. If you are racing multiple races, you will have a different number for each race and will need to change your number between races.

Warming up and riding on the race course:
The race course is closed during all races. DO NOT RIDE on the race course during races.
The race course is open to everyone from at 7am to 7:45am.
From 7:45am until the womens 4 at 8am, the course is open to women 4's only.
Between races, the race course is open only to riders in the next race.
At the conclusion of the mens's 1/2/3 the WABA fun ride begins. The WABA fun ride runs until the beginning of the Womens Pro/1/2/3 at 2:30pm. During the WABA fun ride, the course is open to everyone but YOU MUST YIELD TO ALL SLOWER RIDERS INCLUDING AND ESPECIALLY NON-COMPETITIORS PARTICIPATING IN THE WABA FUN RIDE.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate disqualification of you and your team from all events of the day.

Staging:
All races will stage 5 minutes prior to start. Please be on the start line on time.

Wheel Support:
There are 2 wheel pits. Wheels are wheels in / wheels out. We recommend teams have a couple of wheel sets for their team to place in the pits. There will be limited neutral wheels. If you flat and require a neutral wheel, your flat will be fixed while you are out racing on our wheel and your wheel will become a neutral wheel for the remainder of your race until our wheel is returned. Labeling your wheels with a team name will allow your whole team to access them. Labeling your wheels with an individual number or name will allow only the individual to access them. There is a free lap in the mens 1/2/3 and the womens pro/1/2/3 only. No free lap in other races.

Podium:
The top 3 riders from each race are required at the podium immediately following their race in full uniform for presentation, photos and interviews. Failure to report to the podium could result in forfeit of prizes.

Antidoping Testing
The USCF Antidoping regulations are entirely applicable to the event. Antidoping may be conducted by the USADA. If applicable, rider numbers of those who must report for antidoping testing will be posted with the results following each race. Antidoping tests will take place in the security offices of RFK Stadium.

Prizes and Primes:
All prizes and primes for the mens 5, 4, and masters and womens 4, 3/4, and masters races will be distributed on sight. If you won something, get it after the race as soon as the results are official.
Mens 1/2/3 and Womens Pro/1/2/3 checks will be mailed. Do not leave RFK without assuring that we have good contact info for you or you may not receive your check.

All results are official when the officials say the results are official. Promoters are not able to alter results after the fact.

Prize tables are the same as last year
