Avoid: the National Mall - Independence av, pennsylvania av, constitution av and surrounding areas.
Avoid: Rock Creek Park
Avoid: 395 North in Virginia from the Beltway to DC
Avoid rt 27 in VA, the gw parkway in va
Avoid Memorial Bridge, 14th St Bridge, and the Theodore Rosevelt Bridge.

DO: Take the Capitol Beltway around towards exit 15 (3 Oclock on the beltway).
Take exit 15 - Route 212 Central Av West towards DC. Central Av becomes East Capitol Street. Follow to RFK Stadium. Stay left around the Stadium until the Parking in LOT 4.

FROM NW WaShington DC: take florida av east to 14th st ne. turn right on 14th st ne. turn left on east capitol.
