NRC points for Amy McGuire!
the hub racing team showed the orange today at the national
racing calendar Tour of Somerville. With josie giddens and
sally annis spending much of the race at the front, hub
helped mark the breakaways and bring it to a final sprint.
hub was all lined up 5 deep behind amy mcguire riding in
about 15th place coming into the last turn. but racers were
trying to jump the train, and the left half of the peleton
went down. amy had to change from lead out to sprinter as
she came out of the turn, her teammates now missing behind
her. she powered up with the leaders and held on for 14th.
